From Public Defender to Client Advocate
A native of South Florida, Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2009 before graduating from the Florida International University College of Law in 2012. She began her career as a trial attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she served as a public defender. In this role, she passionately defended the constitutional rights of indigent clients, honing her skills in the courtroom.
In 2014, Amanda transitioned her focus to civil litigation. She first represented individuals in personal injury cases before taking on a role defending one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

During her time representing a Fortune 100 insurance giant, Amanda gained firsthand insight into the strategies and tactics insurance companies use to undervalue or deny legitimate claims.
